By requesting publication of an advertisement in this fashion, you warrant:

• That you agree to pay the £1 cost of the advertisement by return premium rate message.

• That if your advertisement is for a financial service, you are an authorised person as defined by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and other relevant legislation.
• That if your advertisement if on behalf of a trade organisation rather than a private seller, the advertisement is so labelled in the body of the text message. Trade messages not so labelled may be removed without warning.
• That you own the copyright on, or are otherwise authorised to use, any images or video clips that you request to be used on the site and grant txt2ad a license to use such images on the txt2ad site and in advertising for the site as txt2ad may choose.
• That you indemnify txt2ad against any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with your advertisement.
• txt2ad does not check the details of any advertisement, nor does txt2ad make any warranty whatsoever as to the accuracy of any advertisement so placed. Specificially, txt2ad does not accept any liability for any damage caused to the Advertiser's business. In all such cases, txt2ad's liability is limited to the price of the advertisement.
• Advertisements that are not in accordance with these guidelines may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• txt2ad does not guarentee media sent in to the site will be published if there is a problem with a users network, or handset.
• That you may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature to txt2ad via the Place An Ad facility or otherwise. This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio.
• That contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited.
